Shipping policy

Order processing for standard delivery takes 1–2 working days.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method you select.

We currently ship to Europe, the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. We hope to offer to the rest of the world in the near future. 

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their local customs authorities.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered or signed for, Marmeo cannot be held liable for loss or theft.

Return to Sender: If you choose to return your item due to unpaid duties and taxes or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item itself, minus any charges incurred by the courier for returning the goods. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
